Social Networking

Many jobs and careers offer a built-in sense of social networking. At least while we were on the job we often had other people with whom we were able to interact and maintain some sense of connection with others. We often don’t realize how much we rely on this until we leave the work force and feel the loneliness of social isolation that comes with not being around those we have often seen at least 5-6 days a week for the last 30 years. We may have other friends, but these relationships may not have been fully nurtured since we were busy working during a large part of our waking hours.

Retirement life Coaching helps with an awareness of beginning the process of balancing our lives before leaving the work place, so that social connections apart from those at work are available to us in a more complete and meaningful way, at a time when we need them the most.

"The whole point of transforming our heart and mind is to find happiness. We all have the natural desire to be happy and to overcome suffering. This is a fact, so we can make it our starting point."
